Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, monthly pattern credits available in the Knight and Noble tier do roll over and accumulate. Credits are awarded monthly.
Store credits are awarded through Gems. Gems are our in store currency and can be spent during checkout.
Not directly. However, the Knight and Noble tiers include discounts on anything in the store as well a signup store credit bonus (for annual subscriptions as well as a monthly credit that can be used on patterns or bundles or anything else in the store.)
Membership payments are collected from credit cards via Stripe. Due to changes in PayPal's subscription payment polices we cannot take PayPal for memberships at this time.
We prioritize the security of your information. Stripe, our trusted payment partners, adhere to stringent security standards to ensure your data is handled with the utmost care.
All perks from lower tiers carry over to the greater tier but the discount displayed under the tier list is the total cumulative discount.
You will get instant access to all available member perks and features but credits are awarded on a monthly basis.
Our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden processing fees. The amount you see is the amount you pay.
