I'm about a month into the build, and have pretty much everything done, I do have to redo the legs, though. I would NOT recommend doing the legs with anything less than 7-8oz leather or else it's too flimsy to wear properly. (Mine sink down when I wear them, no matter how tight I have them. I figured 4-5oz would be thick enough since it's just for show, but I'm redoing them in 8-10oz) I'm absolutely in love with the rest, though. This build has been both challenging and very much rewarding, and I've been able to hone my abilities greatly from building this set. I couldn't possibly be happier with my current progress.

I've been working on this one since before Christmas......
I adapted the pattern to use as a protective cover for my Motorcycle Helmet.
This is the base pattern +5% then had to work out the best way to close the back up and add a little bottom extension.
I will be starting to design a face shield that will be attached via press studs and a flip bracket.
