   It was a good project to start learning the edge tooling. Made the 2 styles but the pointy version is the way to go. I think the tutorial video is missing the part where you can use Foxit PDF reader to scale the pattern, I had to do it by hand to have a bigger pattern. Anyway the instructions are easy to follow, if you have some previous practice you can adapt the materials to the ones available in your place (I used alcohol based red aniline, piroxiline black paint and wax sealer) and the result is nice.

   Great pattern

   I decided to test the bracer pattern with some EVA foam, to see how straightforward the patterns and instructional video would be. I have to say, I am extremely pleased. Start to finish (tracing, cutting, making Para-cord rivets, and assembly) was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I can't wait to do this in leather and begin playing around with stamping and tooling!

   I started leatherworking specifically for this pattern and it did not disappoint. This pattern is easy to follow and the YT tutorials are very high quality. The pattern is easy to modify for design and size if need be (which I did). This is the first thing I’ve ever made with leather.

   Made these with a 10 oz veg tan leather. The regular size (printed with no scaling) is a little large for my wrists but I will be gluing some fur inside which should do the trick. Impressed that they came out so nice. Thank you for the video tutorials, tips and tricks!

   This was my first time following a pattern from Prince Armory and it worked out great! The leather I chose to use wouldn't work for tooling as the originals call for so I opted to use a stitch groover to add the designs and added a suede liner. These were a fun project and will definitely only be the first of many projects from Prince Armory patterns.

   This was my first try at leatherworking with little to no background at crafting in general. The pattern and the tutorial were easy to follow and I'm very happy with the result.
   
   The pattern is a nice starting point and can be adapted if needed . I used straps from the free strap pattern, instead of a leather band, for example. My next bracer(s) will probably be a bit larger, by adding another middle piece and by extending the side panels.
   
   Thanks for helping me getting started with this, I think I found a new hobby. Looking forward to my next projects.

   Excellent pattern! Wish the video had the entire construction In it. I got the direction of the pieces wrong and hat to cut the rivets to redo but that?s honestly my fault. I used 8-9oz leather and the medium rivets barely fit. Had to skive down the leather to make the fit properly.    I'd sewn with leather before, but this was the first project trying with leather molding. It worked quite well even though I only used very thin leather salvaged from a jacket. This is a fun project for beginners, since you can get a complete project in a relatively short amount of time. Great for batman bracers
