Description

This lesson will demonstrate the mounting of (real) exotic horns like impala horns and blesbok horns to a leather helmet core.  The tips provided can be adapted to other types of horns and to other parts of the armor. Horns are a common feature on our helmets so there may be opportunities to make some additions to this lesson in the future with other styles but this lesson will cover all the important broad strokes along with the specific examples provided within.

FYI while there may be exceptions out there, exotic horns are sourced ethically, for example, animals that die of old age or other natural causes, or even hunting for meat or at conservation reserves.
