Refund & Returns Policy + Satisfaction Guarantee

Digital products (patterns, templates, STL files, course and lesson access): delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all digital sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. If you have trouble downloading or accessing a purchase, or run into errors with the products, contact us and we will make it right.

We understand it can take time to get into a new craft and find the right fit, and sometimes a new build can be overwhelming. If you get stuck or have issues we cannot resolve, we offer a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee in which you may request a different product within the catalog. You may be asked to submit proof of effort.

Physical products (pre-cut leather kits and other shipped goods): if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method typically within 5–10 business days.
