What's In Progress?
- Holiday promotions have begun and we’ve got some amazing deals with our Black Friday Sale going on now. Check HERE!
- Pattern Revisions – I’m going through and gradually updating old patterns to correct any previous mistakes, make the presentation more consistent, to make SVG (Laser) files available for all patterns, and more. The Berserker patterns were updated recently so make sure to get the latest version if you downloaded them previously.
- So many videos – we have been recording a number of videos through the year that we have not yet had time to edit so we’ll be trying to get as many as we can out before the year is done.
What's Next?
Here are some of the things we’re going to be focusing on for 2025 – Enroll in our “EARLY ACCESS” list if you want to be the first to be notified for any of the following:
- The Year Of The Dragon! – 2025 is going to be OUR year of the dragon! We are finally going to be making the hotly requested dragon themed tutorials and patterns and new builds!
- Armor Design Masterclass – I’m going to offer some exclusive classes on how to design armor and we’ll be using one of our custom projects that we’re getting in motion and you will get a front row seat to see what goes into designing and building one of our highest end custom projects to date valued at $50,000. This will be a very exclusive class for a small number of students and it will span a number of months and even provide coaching on your own builds. Enroll in THIS LIST if you would like to be notified when we’re ready to announce more details.
- Kits – Look forward to a lot of hype around pre-cut leather and foam armor kits next year!
- Accessories & Bonus Items – Many of our bundles come with matching accessories and now that all of the primary suits are done I want to start having fun with coming up with some interesting designs to accent them. These will be included for free with anyone who already owns the bundles. We will start with the things most likely to be useful by everyone like pouches and belts but we’ll also eventually get into more diverse and fun things like quivers, shields, swords and other weapons. I’ll also be trying to do more standalone patterns and videos like our hats, and other accessories, and even just alternate armor pieces like helmets.
- Elven Series Videos – Ashley is taking over the Elven series videos and filming is in progress again. There are several more videos to come there and then I’ll get the design for the Elven Female Breastplate finished.
- Guild & Memberships – As we continue to flesh out the features and perks of our academy we’ll be leaning more into our Guild Hall, which is our membership program
Heralds Program
We’re going to launch a formal ambassador program soon. In short, this means you’ll be able to share your content in exchange for free patterns and other perks. We’ll even have paid engagements and bounties and fun events to generate hype on social media. We’ll need to find a few volunteers and paid part time to help manage the community so we’ll be be opening recruitment soon.

- New content variety – I’ll continue to explore the world of 3D printing and I want to gradually immerse our audience into the world of CNC, sword making, metal casting, woodworking, fabrics, and more. I expect much of this will need to be split into a new channel but I hope you’ll enjoy the new content as it’s available.
- Custom Projects and other non Academy related efforts. Not everything we do gets the spot light and video treatment, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes just to keep the studio and business going, our custom projects in motion, negotiating with partners, sponsors and so on. These efforts will stay in motion but I’m hoping to bring more of our works in progress and behind the scenes efforts to the foreground. Some of these things will be included as perks for our guild members, some will be on the new channel and some might make appearances in our main channel content.
That’s quite the list! We’ve come a long way but the best is still yet to come! Just be aware this is not going to happen over night but we are gradually growing our team and so we can reclaim more time for designs, videos, and crafting.
