  Embossing Plate for Elven scale skirting

  Hello!

  While there is a brief mention of the 8 ton press used to emboss the scales for the Elven Lord armor, there was very little information on how the embossing plate was made. (Other than a laser cut blank) Is there any media available that describes how you added the details to the embossing plate? How deep did you have to remove material in order to get good details in the final piece?
