Prince's videos is what got me into leather working and this pattern was my first large-scale project. The patterns themselves are incredibly easy to follow and read. Also, he's cultivated a great community on discord that can answer any questions you have and provide support. Anytime I wear this armor out it always gets a ton of compliments. This project was incredibly fun to work on.

Great pattern, easy to assemble. Omitted the fingers so as to fit in with my Samurai armor build.

This is a nice sturdy piece!
It takes a lot of work, but it's worth it.
Unfortunately, I messed up and I will be able to start installing the buckles again.
My opinion is that you definitely need a buckle at the ankle.
This piece is also part of a complete costume, in which I have used the Tasset, the bodice and the leg protectors, the tiara and the underarm protectors, I have already designed them in this style myself.

I went with the alternate style that is included on the pattern and loved it! I went simple on the tooling but it worked out. Definitely recommend all these patterns. The accompanying videos really help with my confidence as well
