How It Works

Choose a Project to Back.
Each project card outlines relevant status and terms. Active projects are already in development and may already have deliverables ready. Upcoming projects are ones that are planned but may need additional support via-pre-orders to green light.

Place Your Deposit.
Commit a 20% deposit to confirm your interest and gain early access to projects in progress. Deposits on unconfirmed and coming soon projects also act as votes to increase priority and resource allocation.

First Deliverable Milestone.
When the first pattern or lesson deliverables is ready, a preview will be offered and you may either confirm, wait, or refund. If you accept the project, you will be charged the remaining 80% and gain instant access to any applicable available content and products. Any future relevant products attached to your order will automatically be added to your download permissions as they are ready. If you choose to wait, nothing happens, you can decide later. If you request a refund, your payment will be returned or applied to another project or store credit, your choice.

FAQ & Additional Information
Pre-Order Notice
Pre-Orders come with great perks but the trade off is that the items are not finished and a firm deadline is typically not available until later in the process. Many of our our builds are extensive; spanning many months as we work from concept, to designs, to prototyping, then crafting, validating, and launching, not to mention all the filming, editing and digital post work that comes with it. It is up to you to decide if the incentives offered with early access, and special pricing are a fair tradeoff for the wait. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Pre-orders are primarily intended for those who already know us, enjoy our products, and are excited about the next project and willing to help fund the creation in advance. For those who don’t want to wait, the store or early access products may be a better option.
How can I know if the design is for me?
We’ll share previews on the community feed so you can evaluate before delivery.
When will the pre-order be ready?
Each project will vary - some may already be in progress with portions available now, others may be in early planning stages. Please check the projects card above to see a general ETA, and the 'Updates' tab to see pre-order status and product updates.
Can I refund at any time?
Yes — until the first tangible product for your project is accepted and delivered.
What counts as a "first tangible product"?
Defined per project; common examples include digital patterns or specific lessons.
What if I'm not ready to decide at the first deliverable?
You’ll have a grace period. And for pre-order projects with multiple drops over time you may wait until future drops if additional time is required to decide or to fund the balance. If a selection is not made by the time the project is finished, or if we can't reach you for a prolonged period, we may auto refund your pre-order to store credit.
Can I use gems or discounts to purchase a pre‑order?
Not at this time — Since pre-orders are also a way for us to generate working capital to fund the creation of these builds, and we're already offering steep discounts, initially pre‑orders are direct purchase only. After public release, or even in early access, gems are accepted.
How does the two‑year low‑price guarantee work?
Our founders lock the lowest price for at least 24 months. If we ever list lower for any reason, you can request a store credit for the difference +25%. This includes list price and any sales or promotions. It should be noted that our automatic fractional discounts like VIP discounts based on spending history, or paid guild member discounts, are not factored into this calculation.
What happens if a project is cancelled?
If a pending project you supported does not eventually meet the desired break point needed to confirm the project, you will receive a full refund automatically. We may also publish a brief post‑mortem to share any details or thoughts.
Where can I see updates about current and past pre-orders?
Previously, updates were manually added to the 'Pre-Orders' page (linked in our Roadmap page) currently and going forward, we will be providing live updates in our guild discord and providing occasional recaps via a new blog feed (see status & timeline above)
