This is a great way to get into leathercrafting. I've do e so.e work with EVA before but I now have a new favorite medium. Leather is extremely fun to work with and is such a great, lasting material. This Imperial Knight bundle is wayyyyyy worth it!!!

I'm about a month into the build, and have pretty much everything done, I do have to redo the legs, though. I would NOT recommend doing the legs with anything less than 7-8oz leather or else it's too flimsy to wear properly. (Mine sink down when I wear them, no matter how tight I have them. I figured 4-5oz would be thick enough since it's just for show, but I'm redoing them in 8-10oz) I'm absolutely in love with the rest, though. This build has been both challenging and very much rewarding, and I've been able to hone my abilities greatly from building this set. I couldn't possibly be happier with my current progress.

I have learned a lot from this build. The template was super simple to follow and very easy to make changes to better fit my Sons of Sandler boots. Will definitely make more of these from friends...once they order them. LOL. Thank you for making leather crafting a lot easier.

This was a fun project that did not take a long time to do. First time really working with leather and happy with the results! Would recommend to anyone. Ended up swapping out the buttons for eyelets and running a cord through it.
Amazing pattern set, this is my first, largest and favorite armor project so far 😀

I have worked on this set on and off for almost a year. It has been a fantastic journey and a great learning experience. I modified some of the pieces to make them more adjustable. Otherwise, I stuck to the patterns as they were printed. I am excited to take what I have learned and apply it to the next suit I build

I decided to test the bracer pattern with some EVA foam, to see how straightforward the patterns and instructional video would be. I have to say, I am extremely pleased. Start to finish (tracing, cutting, making Para-cord rivets, and assembly) was about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I can't wait to do this in leather and begin playing around with stamping and tooling!

Heavily modified version of the pattern, so that rivets were only used at the elbow joint. In addition, no buckles but round-headed rivets as fasteners. Even though it looks completely different from the original, it was a great starting point. Hardened with wax, it feels almost like wearing a plate armour. The shoulder design is by myself.

This is a great set that builds on the previous tutorials. Adds lots of fun tooling, which is the most fun part of leatherworking (and Prince Armory has some great video details in the other sets to get up to speed). The patterns are easy to resize and assemble, and the templates have the flexibility for easy customization if you like a slightly different style.
