I love the look of this pattern. It's a beginner level for the base pattern, so very easy to work with, but has plenty of opportunity to personalize if you want. I opted to add a little laser engraving to give it a little arcane mysticism. Did this piece first because it really called to me. Now working on some of the other parts to go with. Thank you for doing all the hard work making these beautiful patterns!

I made this one from a section of Catalina Leather from Tandy... I think it was just about the perfect weight for this project! Plus the Catalina is already finished, so it took some steps out of the process...

First time making any kind of armor besides chainmaille and I have to say I'm addicted. My helmet is made from EVA foam instead of leather and yet the pattern worked perfectly. Looking forward to buying more patterns!

This is the first thing I have made from Prince Armory and even though I had a little trouble printing the pattern (User Error only), But i am so pleased with the outcome of this pattern.
If you want to make a simple hat with little to no effort, then this is a good pattern to dip your toes into the world of leathercraft and armour making.

I made this helmet for my brother, who wanted a helmet that matched the breastplate I made him from the Fantasy armor series. He wanted some Sauron/overlord vibes, so I added the crown piece to the pattern. I'm going to make a separate piece that can be snapped on the front of the helmet (that can be taken off as well for hot days) with the mouth piece that resembles the Sauron helmet as well.
I love this pattern and how basic it is, so I can easily add some other details myself. Can't wait for the rest of the patterns!

This was a ton of fun to make and the end result is very impressive. The articulated design makes it surprising comfortable to wear and doesn’t impede motion much at all. I used a 8-9oz leather for everything, anything thinner would have too much flex for my taste. I used Chicago screws for every connection and added a carved skull to finish off the warrior theme!

This is an outstanding starting point for building a Mando helmet! I made a few minor changes to the side pieces and used Chicago screws instead of rivets. The pattern is spot on and easy to use. I will 100% be purchasing more patterns!
